A firm favorite Japanese noodle product since 1968, Nissin Demae Ichho Ramen is a tasty snack that can be made in just 3 minutes in its own microwavable bowl.

Combining chewy and delicious ramen noodles with a unique savory soup made from a soy sauce broth, the packet also come with a sesame oil bag that helps to bring out a mouth-watering aroma. The accompanying sesame oil also contains plenty of sesamin, which is said to help lower cholesterol.

Instructions

Bring 500ml of water to the boil and cook the noodles for 3 minutes. In the meanwhile, add the soup base into a bowl.

Remove from heat and pour some water to the bowl, to melt the soup base. Add the rest of water and noodles and stir.

Finally, add the sesame oil and serve.
